Each year from April to May, visitors can see fireflies at one of these 5 locations: Taomi, Lianhuachi, Shuishe, Toushe, and Tannan (South of Sun Moon Lake). We recommend visiting the Sun Moon Lake area during the day and take a boat tour of the lake; ride your bike leisurely around the lake or learn about the indigenous culture.
