Located by the Sun Moon Lake in Maolan Mountain of Nantou, the manor produces high-quality black tea with natural, safe and healthy methods. It holds one-day tea-baking and tea-tasting tours to share its ideals, and is devoted to promoting Taiwan’s tea culture. Dong Feng insists that it should always provide the best tea to its customers.
The natural farming methods here include: never using chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and allowing small insects and its enemies to form a small ecosystem on the farm. The ecosystem is the most powerful evidence that Dong Feng goes natural.
Dong Feng is ISO22000 and HACCP certified. And for hygiene reasons, during the production process, all tea leafs must never be placed on the floor. The tea-baking staffs must also wear special clothes, hats, and shoes at work.
