Introduction
An excellent cook himself, the owner returned to hometown Puli with his wife and children after his father grew old, and looked after both his father and his father's Manchurian wild rice farm.
After coming home, the next year, the owner opened up the farm to visitors in accordance with the government's "village revitalization plan." Using professional skills, he then designed a new menu that features deep-fried farm produce wrapped in tofu skins, served with Puli's famous passion fruit sauce. The sweet-sour dish tastes simply refreshing.
If you are here, be sure to join a Manchurian wild rice-picking tour, in addition to enjoying the owner's culinary art.
