Located at Sun Moon Lake in Nantou, Happy Sunny SUP Club is an outdoor learning center rooted in water safety education and environmental sustainability experiences.
Blending the natural beauty of Sun Moon Lake with local culture, we promote stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and kayaking activities that allow participants to learn about water safety, environmental protection, and local ecology while enjoying the lake up close.
Operated by a team of young locals who returned to their hometown, Happy Sunny works closely with the Nantou County Government, nearby schools, and the National Chi Nan University USR team. Together, we organize educational programs such as Sun Moon Paddle Academy, Coach Training Courses, and the Water Safety Express, connecting Sun Moon Lake and its surrounding rivers through environmental education and community-based tourism.
We believe that tourism is more than recreation—it’s about learning and connection. Beyond offering professional SUP courses and water safety training, Happy Sunny also develops creative products inspired by local fish species, plants, and cultural stories, allowing visitors to take a piece of Sun Moon Lake’s spirit home with them.
With a vision to become a bridge between rural education and sustainable tourism, Happy Sunny SUP Club aims to showcase the vitality of Nantou’s mountains and waters—one paddle stroke and one lesson at a time.
