Millet Wine Museum (Sun Moon Lake Winery)

The owner’s grandfather moved to the Sun Moon Lake 60 years from Zhushan, and now the family is in its fourth generation. They are thus deeply familiar with indigenous lifestyle and culture, especially the making of millet wine. Experienced in traditional wine-brewing, Sun Moon Lake Winery makes superb millet wine which tastes better as time goes by.

After three years of hard work, the winery was finally inaugurated. Its decor is entirely handcrafted, and all of the old objects on display are generously provided by the owner’s family and friends. Visitors are encouraged to appreciate the objects slowly.
