This path is located at Toushe Village which is to the southwest of Sun Moon Lake. The altitude here ranges from 640 meters to 647 meters, making it 80 meters lower than Sun Moon Lake. The land here is so flat that is perfect for bicycle riding. The bicycle path begins from Provincial Route 21, which can be easily identified by the statue of a buffalo-boy.
The Toushe Basin is small and flat, only about two square kilometers. As you view the countryside of fields and farm houses from your bicycle, you will feel carefree and joyful.
