Wood-storing Pool

In the 1960s and 1970s, when the logging industry was rising all along in Checheng, the pool was used for storing wood. Workers would put wood into the pool with a crane and soak it to prolong use. Years have passed and now the pool is surrounded by maple, camphor, and bald cypress trees. Situated amid mountains, the beautiful pool is worth spending some time on.
