Introduction
Sun Isle Brunch sits on Riyue Street in the Ita Thao Pier district, a short walk from Ita Thao Old Street, the pier, and the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway station. We open at 8 a.m., and every dish is made to order: eggs Benedict with hollandaise whisked by hand each morning, and a pan-seared chicken thigh platter seasoned with maqaw, Taiwan's native mountain pepper, served alongside Taiwanese teas, espresso drinks, and pour-over coffee. Indoors, tables are generously spaced, with counter seats by the window; outdoors, a wooden deck holds six tables, where pets are welcome to join you.
Opening Hours
Daily 08:00-15:00, closed on Wednesdays Last order 14:30 Hours may differ on national holidays and long weekends. Please refer to our Google Maps listing and social media announcements.

Important Notes
All dishes are cooked to order; waiting times vary with how busy we are, so please allow enough time for your meal. Seating is limited. During peak hours we operate on a walk-in basis and cannot hold tables. Dogs are welcome on the outdoor wooden deck; indoor seating is not open to pets. Please keep them on a leash or in a carrier, and off the chairs and tables. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Menu items may change with daily ingredients. Please tell our staff about any food allergies when ordering. We may close early once ingredients run out. Checking our social media before you set out is recommended.
Parking Information
We do not have a dedicated car park. Public car parks in the Ita Thao area are about a 3-minute walk away. Nearby car parks: Ita Thao Zhongzheng Road Car Park (cars and coaches), Ita Thao Visitor Center Car Park, and the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway Station Car Park. Rates are as posted on site. On weekends and public holidays traffic is heavy. We suggest parking at the Ropeway Station car park and walking along the Ita Thao Lakeside Trail to avoid the congestion.
