Introduction
Located just beside Zhaowu Pier, the inn serves “crispy wild carp with sour-sweet plum sauce” which is unique to Sun Moon Lake.
The deep-fried velvet shanks (a kind of mushroom) are seasoned with lemon, lemongrass, and prickly ash which is commonly used in indigenous cuisine. Perfectly crispy, the velvet shanks are not to be missed.
The inn even provides views of the Sun Moon Lake - what a relaxing dining experience.
