Yishuitu refers to a device for ushering excessive water of the Sun Moon Lake to Shuili River. Locals call it a “sky well.”Yishuitu take the shape of a round tower because it lets out water the quickest in this way. Water won't come in when elevation is normal. When there's excessive water, Yishuitu automatically starts to work.
