Sun Moon Lake hiking trails are under traffic control
Introduce
1. Steps of a Year Hiking Trail
(1) Traffic control is in place from now until December 30, 2020.
(2) We don’t know when the trail will be open again, since multiple construction projects are being carried out now. A further notice will be made when there’s an answer.
2. Songbolun Hiking Trails
(1) Traffic control is in place from now until November 30, 2020.
(2) The western trail and the bicycle path that leads to Steps of a Year are closed, due to construction. Only the eastern trail is accessible during this time.
3. Houjianshan Hiking Trail
The hiking trail is closed for refurbishment now. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
4. Neihushan Hiking Trail
Due to construction, Traffic control is in place from now until December 31, 2020.
5. Sun Moon Lake Bicycle Path
(1) Due to construction, traffic control is in place from now until November 30, 2020.
The platform at the start of Zhushiyuan Hiking Trail is being refurbished. Please take Provincial Highway 21 by the lake. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
