Combating COVID-19 in autumn and winter time
Introduce
On Dec. 1, 2020, autumn/winter COVID-19 prevention measures came into force:
1. All passengers entering or transfering through Taiwan must present their nucleic acid testing results for covid 19 - they must be tested negative in order to enter Taiwan or board their flights.
2. In the following eight types of public venues, healthcare facilities, public transportation, places of consumption, learning places, sports and exhibition venues, entertainment venues, religious and worship places, offices and business venues, everyone should wear a mask. Those who refuse to abide by the rule upon admonishment will face cash punishment between NT$3,000 and NT$15,000.
